Friendly and professional service. True Cape Town Villa experts!

Our group of 6 friends came to Cape Town for 2 weeks in December 2016 and we had a lot of questions and requirements for our accommodation.

We received a well-thought selection of holiday homes that were exactly what we were looking for and stayed in a house on the beach in Clifton. The views were incredible at sunset. We were very happy with the recommendation and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.

Spectacular location

The place is very good, in a spectacular location with easy access to stores and about a 20 minute drive to the centre. It is very spacious which is excellent when travelling in a large group as you don’t feel like you are on top of each other. The house is well equipped and has very good facilities.

A very big thank you for a fabulous recommendation and booking at Botlierskop! It truly was worth EVERY penny! The game farm was beautiful and well equipped with a stunning room, friendly and very helpful staff who went way beyond the call of duty! The food was overflowing and plentiful, served quickly and well presented :) The game drives were equipped with blankets and coffee breaks and we saw as much as we could in the 3 hours which we were given out in the bush! The spa was fantastic too.. the ladies were very well experience, professional and friendly.

I think all in all it’s a game farm that I would def book again through AIR PROPERTY!

They found me the most fantastic apartment – gotta love the rooftop pool – and ensured it was immaculate before and during the two week trip. And this was over Christmas & New Year’s when everything is sold out! And beyond all of that, they did everything with such warm and calm grace, genuinely taking care of us in an “above and beyond” way – including at one point getting one of us in with a better ear doctor than we have back home! Truly, these guys were amazing, I could go on but the bottom line is that I’d work with Tracy and team any day I was lucky enough to return – and only with them – and would make that recommendation to my friends and family without reservation.

This second floor studio apartment has been beautifully renovated with a fresh and vibrant interior design. The layout is open-plan with the bathroom needing the only door.

The kitchen is equipped with a small bar-sized fridge, a microwave, and a two plate stove top. Cupboards are filled with all the glassware, crockery and cutlery that guests may require. The bedroom is furnished with a Queen-sized bed and a comfortable sofa. There are wonderful touches with books and décor. There is a flat screen TV that can swivel for easy viewing wherever preferred.

The access-controlled building entrance is on Kloof Street and within easy access of restaurants, shops, boutiques, and bars. This is a vibrant area that is popular both during the day and at night.
