Our group of 6 friends came to Cape Town for 2 weeks in December 2016 and we had a lot of questions and requirements for our accommodation.

A Great Family Holiday Rental in Cape Town

We stayed at a luxury apartment right on the Waterfront Marina that was within our budget. The Unit was clean and quiet with beautiful, peaceful views.

Tracy gave us astute recommendations and arranged a family Safari for a day, and a babysitter on 2 occasions which allowed my wife and I to get some alone time. The kids loved every minute of it.

I would like to thank Tracy for making this a memorable family holiday, and I look forwards to visiting again.

Spectacular location

The place is very good, in a spectacular location with easy access to stores and about a 20 minute drive to the centre. It is very spacious which is excellent when travelling in a large group as you don’t feel like you are on top of each other. The house is well equipped and has very good facilities.

Dear Tracy and Meridy,

A very big thank you for a fabulous recommendation and booking at Botlierskop! It truly was worth EVERY penny! The game farm was beautiful and well equipped with a stunning room, friendly and very helpful staff who went way beyond the call of duty! The food was overflowing and plentiful, served quickly and well presented :) The game drives were equipped with blankets and coffee breaks and we saw as much as we could in the 3 hours which we were given out in the bush! The spa was fantastic too.. the ladies were very well experience, professional and friendly.

I think all in all it’s a game farm that I would def book again through AIR PROPERTY!

This is a newly-built, grand, flowing home that is both well positioned for views and family friendly.

The house is built over three levels.
The top level is the entrance hall and double garage, with plenty of extra off-street parking.
The middle level is the living area and kitchen.
The views are incredible and the kitchen has a separate scullery area.
The dining table is an 8 seater.
The formal lounge is spacious and cosy with a wood burning fireplace.

This level also opens out onto a deck with outdoor seating and a wet-room for all those surfing enthusiasts.
Below is a sheltered gazebo with built in braai.

the lower level has the 4 bedrooms:

Main Bedroom: private balcony, king size bed, sea views, large en-suite with bath,
shower, separate toilet, double vanity, and an office leading off this room.
2nd Bedroom: queen size bed, sea views, en-suite with shower, toilet, single vanity
3rd Bedroom: double bed, sea views, en-suite with shower, toilet, single vanity
4th Bedroom: Guest Family Bedroom: queen bed and single bed with a pull-out bed,
open plan en-suite with bath, shower, single vanity.

There is no air conditioning as the lower level is Very cool.

The lower level has a casual lounge, chill zone and also opens onto a shaded and sheltered play area with basketball hoop and stairs to the pool and garden area and deck seating areas.
There is sheltered gazebo with built in braai.
A great play area for young children.

A truly homely and comfortable house in exclusive Llandudno.
